Shipping Information

At MyMilkrun, we strive to ensure your order reaches you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review our shipping policies below.

Processing and Shipping Times:
All orders have a processing time of 2-4 business days before they are shipped. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your items.

  • Delivery Times: After shipping, delivery will take 7-15 business days for Canadian orders. International orders may take up to 21 business days.

Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped on the next available business day.

International Shipping:
We offer international shipping, with shipping costs calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Shipping times may vary due to customs inspections, which can delay delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot provide specific details regarding these processes.

International Returns/Exchanges:
For international orders, shipping fees related to returns or exchanges must be covered by the customer. MyMilkrun cannot provide shipping labels for returns or exchanges outside of North America. The amount paid for your order does not include any import taxes or duties that may be charged by your country. These fees are the customer's responsibility. If you refuse a package, we will only refund the cost of the items once the package is returned to us; initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Returns and Exchange Policy

At MyMilkrun, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges under the following policies.

Returns must be:

  • Returns: Items must be in unworn condition, with original tags still attached, and returned within 30 days for a cash refund or store credit.

  • Exchanges: You can exchange items within 30 days, as long as they are in unworn condition and have their original tags attached.

Online Return or Exchange:

Please contact us directly for any online returns or exchanges,

We’ll assist you in processing the return/exchange and can provide support for any repairs if necessary.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, item name, and a photo of the damaged item. We’ll do our best to replace the item if it’s still available in stock.

Excessive Returns:
We regularly monitor returns to prevent misuse of our return policies. Customers who exhibit excessive return behaviour may be flagged for review, and we reserve the right to restrict or revoke standard return policies for these accounts.

 

Final Sale

Please be aware that the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale/Clearance items

Items purchased during any promotional events; holidays or back-to-school, are only eligible for exchange or in-store credit.
