Return & Exchange Policy

At Milk Run, we want you to love what you ordered! If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges. Please read our policy below for details.


Online Return or Exchange

For online returns or exchanges, please contact us directly:

We’ll assist you in processing the return/exchange and can provide support for any repairs if necessary.


In-Store Return and Exchange Policy

Items purchased in-store can be returned or exchanged under the following conditions:

  • Returns: Items must be in unworn condition, with original tags still attached, and returned within 30 days for a cash refund or store credit.
  • Exchanges: You can exchange items within 30 days, as long as they are in unworn condition and have their original tags attached.

Please note that sale/clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.


Shipping and Processing for Returns

For all online orders:

  • Returns can be made within 30 days of the shipment date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, item name, and a photo of the damaged item. We’ll do our best to replace the item if it’s still available in stock.


International Returns/Exchanges

Please note that MyMilkrun does not provide shipping labels for returns or exchanges outside of North America. International customers will need to cover the shipping fees for any returns or exchanges.


Final Sale & Promotions

Please be aware that the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale/clearance items

Items purchased during promotional periods are only eligible for exchange or store credit.


Holiday & Back-to-School Season

Our return & exchange policy is subject to change during the holiday season and the back-to-school season. Please check this page or contact us for any updates during these periods.


Excessive Returns

We regularly monitor returns to prevent misuse or abuse of our return policies. Customers who exhibit excessive return behavior may be flagged for review, and we reserve the right to restrict or revoke standard return policies for these accounts.
